Why do I need to register for HOLIPLANET? 

By registering you will have access to a private area where you can consult your reservations, obtain information, and participate in promotions and special offers.

How can I check the availability for my holiday? 

The availability calendar is kept up to date directly by the owners. By entering dates of your stay you can check the real availability.

How can I see the prices of a specific accommodation? 

The prices will be shown after you have taken steps to fill the date fields related to your vacation.

What is included in the price? 

The terms of each owner are listed in the appropriate spaces provided for each property. Terms and conditions are not uniform, but they are decided by each owner. For this reason we suggest you to read carefully what is indicated.

How can I be sure that the proposal corresponds to what I actually find when I arrive? 

HOLIPLANET pays the utmost attention to quality, the accuracy and comparability of offers with the reality of each structure. The owners fill in the tabs and enter the information under their direct and sole responsibility, which they confirm when they sign a contract with HOLIPLANET. In addition to that, our organization includes local agents, whose duty is the control and verification of the properties and the correct behavior of the owners.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card? 

Yes, you can use a PayPal account and pay without a credit card. Some landlords require payment by bank transfer; check which payment conditions apply to each property prior to make a booking.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed? 

If the owner allows you to perform an immediate booking for the hotel you have chosen, at the end of the reservation process you will have access to a confirmation page, which will show the number of the reservation and the conditions. At the end of the procedure, we will send you an email confirmation to the address you provided. Pay attention when filling in all of the required data. Please check that the e- mail was not automatically moved to "Junk".

Can I cancel or change my reservation on HOLIPLANET? 

In the case of on-line reservations (Book now), you can delete it in a very simple way. Just log into your reserved area and cancel your reservation. However, before proceeding we advise you to read carefully the conditions of "change and cancellation" provided by every owner. To change the dates of your reservation you will need to contact the Holiplanet customer care centre through the form on this site.

How come my reservation does not work? 

If the reservation is not working, please check the following:

  • Are you currently connected to the Internet?
  • Is the period available or is the booking procedure blocked by the system?
  • Have you entered all the required information and you are logged in?
  • Has The Management of the property enabled the immediate booking for your hotel?
  • Have you ticked "I have read and agree to the Terms and conditions and Privacy policy"?
How do I get the contact details of the owner? 

You will be notified directly by HOLIPLANET at the end of the booking process or by the owner after having sent a message requesting information.

Will my data be transmitted safely? 

To ensure the sending and storage of your data safely, HOLIPLANET uses the latest technology with encrypted system of passwords. Holiplanet doesn’t have any access and doesn’t manage or save any data related to credit cards, which are instead processed directly by PayPal Pte Limited, a worldwide leader for safe online payments. Please carefully read the details indicated in the Privacy section at the bottom of the page. Note: for security reasons, you should never send in e-mail or by phone your credit card details.

When will you withdraw from my credit card? 

For immediate bookings a deposit of 15 % will be charged to your credit card at time of reservation. On the listing each structure indicates the preferred payment methods for the balance. Check carefully the conditions set before making the payment. In no way HOLIPLANET or the owner are aware of the details of your credit card, since the communication goes directly to the PayPal server. HOLIPLANET receives only the confirmation of your payment directly by PayPal.

What is Paypal? 

PayPal is an online payments system that gives top priority to security in the transaction management; it is reassuring to both consumers about the treatment of the data released on the Internet and to HOLIPLANET regarding the possibility of frauds.

Our trip includes children. How do I apply or find out if the home provides for the availability of children beds and / or cots? 

Each owner shall specify in his accommodation profile if the accommodation is suitable and keen to host children and if any equipment is available. Read this information carefully from each owner to avoid misunderstandings or to selecting a room not suitable for families with children. Check with the owner that your request has been understood and if there is any availability.

I travel with a pet. How do I know if it is accepted? 

Each owner shall specify in his accommodation profile if he accepts pets and if so, up to what size. Carefully read what is indicated by each owner to avoid misunderstandings or to select a place not suitable for pets. If it is not specified by the owner on the listing, ask a specific question indicating the type and size of your pet.

Why should I leave a review? 

HOLIPLANET pays the utmost attention to the verification of the accuracy of the offers. By leaving a review we give voice to the users to express an updated view and the impressions of "who has been there". It will be useful to other future guests interested in the same structure. Reviews must be objective, clear, free of obscene language and insults, and they will be carefully checked and verified before publication.
