How far is Baan Yin Dee from Patong Beach?
The nearest point of Patong Beach is about 580 m in a straight line. The hotel says the walk down takes about fifteen minutes but the way back up is steep, and runs a free shuttle into Patong at set times (ask reception for the day's schedule).
Will I hear Bangla Road at night?
Bangla Road is about 1.8 km away in a straight line and the resort sits above town. The hotel suggests asking for a room away from the road if you are a light sleeper.
How do I get from Phuket airport to Baan Yin Dee?
Phuket International Airport is about 25 km away in a straight line; the hotel puts the taxi ride at around 45 minutes and books private airport cars through reception.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. If you arrive after 22:00, let the hotel know in advance.
Is Baan Yin Dee suitable for families?
Yes. Children of any age are welcome, and the 172 m² Family Suite sleeps two adults and two children in two bedrooms. Children need supervision at the pools.

No. Guests share the four-tier infinity pool; the Deluxe Pool Access rooms and the terrace-level Pool Suites open directly onto it.

It depends on the rate you choose. Breakfast is served at RICE from 7:00 to 10:30, and in-room or floating breakfast can be arranged.
What is the cancellation policy?
On the standard rate, cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival; later cancellations are charged the first night. From 20 December to 10 January the free window is 30 days. Non-refundable and promotional rates cannot be cancelled.
