The operating model

There are no brand restrictions or fixed royalties. Each agent remains independent but participates in a system of lead generation and opportunity sharing.
Revenues from sales are distributed among the parties involved according to rules that are clearly defined from the very beginning.

The collaboration is based on three principles:

  1. Shared listings – every agent can upload their properties to the Holiplanet portal.
  2. Lead assignment – leads are directed based on language, location, and expertise.
  3. Clear commissions – revenue shares follow predefined percentages.
