Investment Opportunity

The project already benefits from a detailed business plan and potential land for development. We are now seeking an investor to support the initial capital expenditure related to construction, staffing, and launch-phase operations.

Assumptions:

Projected enrollment in the first year is 80 students, with a 10% annual growth rate expected based on local demographics, expatriate demand, and a lack of similar offerings in the area. Tuition fees will range from 600–700 USD/month, with additional revenues generated by cafeteria services, transportation, and afterschool activities.
