This rectangular space establishes a modern theme and connects to the striking owner’s suite. The owner’s suite features its private 15m lap pool, a spacious dressing area, a linked office suite, a formal dining area, a large commercial-grade kitchen, staff quarters, and an internal garage area. The rear villa section includes a separate guest block housing three spacious guest bedrooms and a well-equipped gym with a sauna.

From the natural exterior stonework to the Japanese pool tiles, and the meticulously laid interior solid wood, French limestone, and sandstone floors, every detail exudes sophistication.
